These terms are a practical starting point for Milaashes app users and partners. They should be reviewed with legal support before a full public launch.

Using Milaashes

Milaashes connects users with independent business partners for celebration services and products. Users are responsible for providing accurate event, contact and booking details.

Bookings and payments

• Booking requests are not confirmed until the partner approves them.
• Advance and balance instructions are shown in the order or message flow where applicable.
• Some payments may be made directly to partners using their provided payment details.
• Users should verify service details, date, location and inclusions before paying.

Partner profiles

Partners are responsible for keeping prices, photos, availability, location coverage and service details accurate. Milaashes may hide, review or remove profiles that look misleading, unsafe or abusive.

Messages and content

Users and partners must not send abusive, illegal, misleading or unsafe content. Milaashes may retain audit records of messages, including unsent messages, to handle disputes and platform safety.

Availability

Milaashes is being actively developed. We try to keep the app reliable, but features may change and some services may be unavailable during maintenance or testing.
